SEO Analyst

TDK is currently seeking a part time SEO resource.

Job Description/Requirements.

Analyze keyword phrases relevant to client's industry
Manage reporting and submission for assigned clients
Keep up on current SEO techniques/trends and shared new ideas with team members
Analyze client websites for SEO and conversion problems
Site submission of client's site to major search engines
Manage individual tasks as assigned as well as ongoing projects
Consult clients, assess their needs and recommend the appropriate products for Online Marketing success
Give feedback to Supervisors and Managers to identify procedural issues, improve procedure and assist in training new team members
Perform maintenance on client's site post optimization

Strong analytical skills, including ability to accurately obtain and define project requirements

Desktop Analyst

TDK currently has an opening for a Desktop Analyst.

Experience needed:
Supporting users via phone or at the customer*s premises, install and trouble-shoot problems with software/hardware and peripheral components.
Assisting users in the operation of applications providing necessary training and support.
Interfacing with staff to provide a resolution on system and printer problems.
Maintain documentation of department*s application and equipment.
Windows XP experience
4year degree - required.

Individual will need to be self motivated, eager to learn, and have the ability to react to problems quickly. This is a position that needs someone to go the extra mile when asked to complete a project.

Java Architect

TDK Technologies currently has 2 needs for Java Architect/Team Leaders.

Job Description

The Java Architect will be responsible for reviewing use cases and producing the technical design. Position includes writing, testing, debugging, creating diagrams and flowcharts, coding and documenting programs. This positions is for a hands-on engineer with strong Java web application development skills and experience in architecting enterprise grade systems.

This candidate will also provide technical guidance to team members and support across functional teams.

Requirements:

5+years of application development experience with J2EE technologies.

Experience as an Architect and/or Technical Lead is required.

Experience designing applications from scratch.

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).

Experience using Java 5+, Hibernate, and Spring.

Systems Programmer

TDK currently has openings for a System Programmer.

This position will actively participate in planning the direction and implementation of data processing software. The person will be required to complete status reports, implementations, troubleshooting and maintain project plans. Supporting business disaster recovery procedures or fail over testing for assigned areas of responsibility will be required. Position will also prepare and coordinate appropriate training to data center staff.

Requirements:

6+ years of extended experience in mainframe z/OS Systems Programming.

Solid knowledge of mainframe operating systems, infrastructure software, communications, computer hardware and peripherals.

Flex Developer

TDK Technologies currently has urgent needs for Flex developers in the St. Louis area. Candidates should possess the following experience and qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience with J2EE technologies
Web Services or EJB
WebSphere
Oracle or other relational database; solid SQL skills
Java, Flex, Flash, JSP, Servlets, HTML. Javascript, CSS, XML, JNDI, JDBC, JMS
Experience with open source tools such as Axis, Struts, Hibernate or Spring is a plus
Prototyping experience is a plus

Developers will be responsible for developing, testing and implementing J2EE and Flex applications. Developers must also create and maintain technical documentation for each project.

The position will require working on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing daily tasks and learning new technologies. Collaboration with project architect and communication with technical and non-technical individuals is essential.

Java Developer

Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

3-4 years of Java development experience
Spring
Hibernate
Messaging (preferably MQ Series)

Responsibilities will include a mix of new development and enhancements. Developers will work with project lead to validate functional and technical designs. Developers must be able to communicate with all levels within an organization, both technical and non-technical. Strong problem solving skills are necessary. Experience analyzing requirements a plus.

This position will be responsible from definition of the requirements through implementation. The analyst must communicate with business owners and technical team. All requirements must be documented and testing developed and executed to validate requirements.

Project Manager

Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

Project management experience in the areas of application development, web infrastructure, network/server hardware implementation, and/or information security
Expertise in project planning, estimating, resource management, plan execution and implementation, etc.
Experience with a variety of structured methodologies and project planning tools
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to determine project objectives and give direction

Project Managers will be leading application development efforts. Responsibilities will include creating project plans, tracking costs and resources, and driving the effort through to project delivery. The Project Manager will ensure accurate communication with project staff and management throughout the lifecycle of the project and must be comfortable solving problems and resolving conflicts.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

Web-based application testing experience
Experience utilizing test automation tools, including Quick Test Pro (QTP), WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test Director, Quality Center, Rational Robot, etc.
Creates, reviews and executes test plans, cases and scenarios to ensure the developed solutions meet business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication

This position will work closely with developers to identify data and functional requirements. They will document and coordinate changes and present documentation to both technical and non-technical groups. This position requires both development and execution of test cases for web-based applications. Responsibilities include developing test plans and cases from software requirements and/or use cases, recording and tracking defects, and interfacing with the technical team to resolve defects. This position will also require collaboration with the business owners for user acceptance testing (UAT).
