Hot Jobs

Project Manager

TDK currently has needs for several Project Managers.
Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Project management experience in the areas of application development, web infrastructure, network/server hardware implementation, and/or information security
  • Expertise in project planning, estimating, resource management, plan execution and implementation, etc.
  • Experience with a variety of structured methodologies and project planning tools
  • Experience managing numerous, concurrent projects
  • Ability to determine project objectives and give direction


Project Managers will be leading application development projects.  Responsibilities will include creating project plans, tracking cost and resources, and ensuring project delivery.  The Project Manager will ensure accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project and must be comfortable solving problems and resolving conflicts.

Java Developer

TDK Technologies currently has urgent needs for Java Developers in the St. Louis area.

Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of Java development experience
  • Spring
  • Hibernate
  • Messaging (preferably MQ Series)

Responsibilities will include a mix of new development and enhancements. Developers will work with project lead to validate functional and technical designs. Developers must be able to communicate with all levels within an organization, both technical and non-technical. Strong problem solving skills are necessary. Experience analyzing requirements a plus.

.Net Developer

TDK Technologies currently has urgent needs for .Net developers in the St. Louis area. Candidates should possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Strong C# skills
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2008
  • Web Services a plus
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Full life cycle experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities include developing applications to create business solutions and automating business processes. Developers must provide documentation that will allow others to maintain and enhance code in the future.

Successful candidates will contribute to the analysis and design of the application.  Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences a must.  Excellent problem solving skills are necessary.

Software QA / Tester

Successful candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Web-based application testing experience
  • Experience utilizing test automation tools, including Quick Test Pro (QTP), WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test Director, Quality Center, Rational Robot, etc.
  • Creates, reviews and executes test plans, cases and scenarios to ensure the developed solutions meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

This position will work closely with developers to identify data and functional requirements.  They will document and coordinate changes and present documentation to both technical and non-technical groups.  This position requires both development and execution of test cases for web-based applications. Responsibilities include developing test plans and cases from software requirements and/or use cases, recording and tracking defects, and interfacing with the technical team to resolve defects.  This position will also require collaboration with the business owners for user acceptance testing (UAT).
 
 

Sales Associate

 

An excellent opportunity for a sales associate to grow their career with a successful technology company.  You must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years selling experience with at least one year experience selling services.  Cold calling experience with a good phone personality and etiquette is required.  You must have an ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.  You must have excellent verbal and written communication with strong organization, planning and time management skills with personal accountability.  Your high energy, self motivation, and desire to learn are critical. A technology understanding and technical solution selling background are helpful. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage and qualify prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TDK’s services.
  • Establish relationships to support the sales process.
  • Communicate with sales team daily.
  • Weekly meetings with Director of Project Solutions and Director of Sales.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university.
  • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of experience selling services

  • Proven success in prospecting and generating leads.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
