Program Manager
The Program Manager provides oversight for multiple interdependent projects. They are responsible for governance, management, budgeting, infrastructure and planning of efforts aligned with the organization's strategy.
Program managers provide a layer above the management of projects and focus on selecting the best group of projects, defining them in terms of their objectives and providing an environment where projects can be run successfully.
