Being a provider of cable and internet services to millions of customers, Suddenlink receives and works a constant stream of new service and service change requests. When a customer makes a service request, an email with service details and applicable appointment information is sent to the customer. For commercial customers, notifications were only being generated at multi-hour intervals.  Suddenlink needed a more responsive system to better notify business customers of service changes and appointments.

Suddenlink had an existing system that already generated email notifications in a much shorter interval. TDK was able to quickly expand the system to add the new notifications without impacting the existing services. As an additional benefit, the expansion and updates to the system also provided an opportunity to refresh the look of the email notifications.
