Suddenlink, a top 10 cable broadband service provider with over a million subscribers across 17 states, operates several marketing campaigns annually. With these campaigns comes the challenges of managing creative assets, synchronizing workflows, and creating visibility into campaign progress and deliverable due dates. Suddenlink relied on a third party application for these challenges. Over time the application’s performance, inability to adapt to changes in the user’s workflow, and licensing costs became key motivators for the development of a new in-house solution.
First, TDK Technologies approached this solution by identifying key stakeholders across departments, including a product owner, end users and a technical team selected to take over the future maintenance of the application. TDK then applied agile methodologies to deliver iterative features with biweekly demos and code reviews to ensure feature correctness and provide a stage for knowledge sharing.
As a result, TDK was able to deliver a cost effective solution that immediately provided a positive impact to the client’s time, efficiency and user experience. TDK was also able to prepare the client's technical team with the knowledge needed to effectively support the application.
