To better service business customers looking to purchase or add TV, Internet, and/or phone services, Suddenlink needed an ecommerce buy flow web application. To create the best buy flow and user experience, Suddenlink tasked TDK to design and develop a customized ecommerce web application.

The web application allows business customers to validate the availability of services and offers in their area. If eligible to receive service, customers are provided existing bundle offers (i.e. TV, Internet and Phone) or the ability to build their own bundle by selecting from all available options and configurations.  A unique challenge was building the web application so that it dynamically displayed the bundle configuration based on the structure of the products, options, and configurations retrieved via web services from a product catalog system. This gives the business the flexibility to configure a bundle and have control over how it is displayed in the user interface without having to make code changes to the web application.  After a customer finalizes their package, a lead is created in Salesforce for a salesperson to follow up and close the sale. Customers may also print a PDF of their configured offer or enter their email to have a PDF attachment sent to them.

TDK delivered a user friendly and easy to navigate web application. The sales team now has the advantage of knowing what the customer desires prior to speaking with them, which allows Suddenlink to provide the best service during finalization of the purchase.
