Tucker told the publication TDK presently employs more than 160 people and will surpass $20 million in revenue in 2018.

"We were pretty consistent from 2012 to 2016, with revenue in that $10-12 million range. In the last two years, we've experienced crazy growth on both sides of our business with an increase in software development and staffing needs. Last year, we grew 28 percent on the top line. This year we will surpass 50 percent top line. So in two years, we will have doubled the size of our organization," Tucker said. "Our goals are to be the company that clients come to when they need technology and that technologists want to work for because we have cool projects and are fun. We focus on being really great at what we do."
