The project was implemented using an agile scrum approach, collaborating with the customer business team, business analysts, technology leads and project management functions.  The goal was to eliminate manual tasks, significantly lower support needed by client team resources, reduce overall on-boarding time, and improve data integrity and system reliability.  In addition to software development and project management, TDK provided business analysis support due to limited availability and access to the product owner and business analyst team members. 

A close partnership with the client resulted in the delivery of a high quality solution that delivered the desired business results and exceeded the client’s expectations.
