An existing TDK client, who is a global leader in the financial services industry, needed to enhance their rewards platform and reporting capabilities. Leveraging knowledge acquired during previous projects, TDK produced solutions to meet both operational and reporting needs.

TDK's client consistently seeks solutions to enhance their bank partners’ business needs and help lower costs and improve operations. TDK worked collaboratively with the client team to produce solutions meeting their business needs.

TDK created new rules in the rewards platform, which can be turned on/off based on data received in a vendor file. The parameters initiate credit redemptions and can be applied to specified users. The feature allows qualified users to override the set rule. In addition, parameters around point adjustments and transfers were developed. TDK created parameters enforcing capping of accrued points. Rules were also created to restrict monthly and/or yearly point transfers as well as minimum and/or maximum amounts. TDK enhanced code to include additional tags in the application, which improved Google Analytics reporting capabilities.

Throughout the project life cycle, TDK collaborated with the client team to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions, which produced quality results.
