MOHELA wanted to develop their mobile site as an extension of their main website and make it accessible from iOS and Android mobile devices. TDK worked with the client to understand their business and technical requirements for the project. Upon completion of requirements gathering, wireframes and mockups, TDK was able to provide a detailed technical approach along with an estimate and timeline to complete the project.

TDK developed the 25+ user interface screens in Sencha Architect, leveraging Sencha Touch, and assisted MOHELA in developing the web services. TDK integrated the web services and provided the integration and device detection code for the client to implement on their main website. TDK worked with MOHELA throughout the entire process and provided full Sencha Architect files and knowledge transfer to client developers, as well as documentation so they could support the mobile site moving forward.

TDK Technologies and MOHELA were jointly awarded the Small Business Innovation Award at the 2013 Gateway to Innovation conference on April 25. The Gateway to Innovation conference brings IT leaders and thinkers together from across the nation to inspire, collaborate and gain the competitive edge in an industry that demands more for less.  The Business Innovation Award recognizes implementation of an IT initiative that generates significant business results or impact.

TDK was also mentioned in MOHELA's press release on the award, which was picked up by the Wall Street Journal.

TDK has been a highly capable solutions partner for expanding our mobile and customer-facing web products. Their passion and commitment is exceptional!
