Two years earlier, Seventh Wave had contracted with a software development firm to build a Study Management System designed to schedule and track drug studies performed for pharmaceutical manufacturers. After two years of development, they were disappointed in the results. The software was unstable and did not fully meet their needs.TDK began by assessing the existing code base to determine its viability. With the initial assessment completed, TDK then met with senior management to fully identify and define the application requirements. TDK then prioritized those requirements into strategic phases for development. This ensured application stability and functionality.
