TDK met with the business and technical teams to estimate the effort; however, many details were still being determined on the proposed invoicing system. TDK assisted Suddenlink's business and technical teams in developing specific tasks and estimates for each part of the new system. TDK provided project management and software development resources to not only build the system, but to also work collaboratively with Suddenlink’s architect, DBA and project manager to significantly improve the UI design. TDK delivered the intended functionality on time and on budget, so they could roll it out to their internal production teams. The new invoicing system is exceeding expectations and saving cost as intended.
