The client’s needs included management, analysis and software development to correct defects in a corporate card management software platform.  The client turned to TDK due to their ability to meet all these diverse needs. The software was already in production with significant investment and profits at stake, so correcting defects in the platform was a very high priority for the client. The defects covered a wide spectrum of issues including database, back-end, user interface, reporting and translation logic. TDK provided a project team including a project manager, analysts, software developers and a technical lead. The TDK team analyzed defects, corrected them, performed code reviews and submitted corrections for system testing.  TDK also engaged a near-shore team to assist with project delivery.  TDK was able to meet the scheduled volume for the final release during the engagement.
